The 15th Annual Conference of the Indian Society of Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology (ISCCP) took place on May 6th and 7th, 2023, at the NI-MSME Campus in Hyderabad. Hosted in association with FehmiCare Hospital, this important medical event brought together healthcare professionals, specialists, and advocates who are working toward one common goal—eliminating cervical cancer in India. 

The theme for this year’s conference was “Cervical Cancer Elimination – From Advocacy to Action.” Over the two days, experts in gynecology, oncology, and pathology shared valuable insights on prevention, screening, and treatment options. The conference emphasized turning awareness into real-world action, with a strong focus on colposcopy—a key method in early detection of cervical cancer. 

There were interactive sessions, knowledge-sharing panels, and workshops that helped doctors stay updated with the latest research and technology in cervical health. The event also served as a platform to discuss the growing importance of HPV vaccination and regular screenings for women, especially in rural and underserved areas.
